Eco Church
We are always trying to improve the ways we connect with and care for God's creation. We believe it is so important that churches are an active part in caring for our planet, especially in a time of climate crisis.

We have a Community Garden which we hope is a space of welcome, learning, peace, beauty and fun and is used for services, groups and events.
​
We also strive to make sure we are environmentally responsible as a church, recycling, composting and conserving energy where possible.

Did you know that over 5 million vapes get thrown away per week in this country?
There are currently calls for the government to make it compulsory, that if a retailer is selling vapes then they must provide suitable recycling but until that happens the best solution is to take them to your nearest recycling centre such as your local tip.
Perhaps you could start your own bin if you and other members of your household vape?
